Francis Cumming was born in Scotland.
Francis George Cumming, son of William Cumming & Catharine Horne, was born on 18 November 1861 in Marnoch, Banffshire, Scotland.[1][2]
Francis George Cumming and Annie Ellen (Robson) Cumming (1870-1949) were married in 1892 in Victoria, Australia.[3] Children from this marriage were:

- Reka Roslyne Ada (Cumming) Philp (1903-1994)
