He emigrated in 1900 and she in 1907. Also at home are their children Rose, 7 (b. 1913), Anthony, 5 (b. 1915), Frank, 2 yr 11 mo. (b. Feb 1917), and Sam, seven months (b. Jul 1919), all born in Louisiana. John is a laborer.[4]
Frank Cuccia, age 11 (b. 1917), dies on 26 June 1928 in Louisiana. He is the son of John Cuccia and Leoluchina Pennino.[5] Frank is buried with his maternal grandmother, and others from Corleone who are of unknown relation:
Josephine Cesano Pennino, wife of Paul Pennino, dies in May 1923 and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery in New Orleans. Frank Cuccia, born 11 Jan 1917, died 26 June 1928. Rosalia Mancuso, wife of Frank Pennino, born 1 November 1847, died 1 November 1922.[6] John Pennino is Rosalia Mancuso's son.
Laura Pennine Cuccia dies 27 January 1970 in New Orleans. Her obituary runs on 29 January in the Times Picayune. Names her husband, John, daughter Rose Cuccia Bourgeois, sons Tony, Salvadore, John F., and Frank. Names her father Frank Pennino, and her brother, John Pennino.[7]
