Biography
Dennis was born in about 1875 in Portage, Wisconsin, United States[1]. In 1898, he fought in the Spanish-American War as a private in Company F of the Wisconsin 3rd Infantry[1]. He died in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1915[1].
