When William was 32 he married Helen Ellie Caldwell on 8 November 1892 in Fredericton, York, New Brunswick, Canada. The couple had 2 children: Marion MacGregor (Crocket) McNair and Helen Wilhelmina Caldwell Crocket.
William C. Crocket was the mayor of Fredericton, New Brunswick, from 1901 to 1903. He was a graduate of McGill and the Royal College of Physicians.[3]
William died at the age of 77 on 15 November 1937 in Fredericton, York County, New Brunswick, Canada.[4]
William was buried on 17 November 1937 in Fredericton Rural Cemetery, Fredericton, York County, New Brunswick, Canada.[5]
