Biography
Jan married Aaltje. They were members of the Dronrijp Reformed church in 1658, living by the bridge and the windmill. They both died by 1670.
There was a Jan Chrispinus living in Franeker around 1645. This may have been our Jan.
There was another Jan Crispinus and Hylck Jacobs moving to nearby Menaldum from Schalsum on Feb 2 1677. They would have been recently married (baptized Nieske in 1673 Jacob in 1678). They may have been close relatives.
