Michael Crang was born in Devon, England.
Birth
Michael Crang was born about 1735 and was baptised on 18 June 1735 at Dartmouth, Devon, England. He was the son of Matthew Crang.[1]
Marriage
Michael married Joan Williams on 4 November 1762 at Cornworthy, Devon, Englalnd.[2]
Michael and Joan had three children:
- Ann Crang, born 1763
- Matthew Crang, born 1765
- Michael Crang, born 1770
Death
Michael died about 1783 and was buried on 2 March 1783 at Cornworthy, Devon.[3]
Research Notes
Cornworthy is about five miles by footpath from Dartmouth and also can be approached by ferry from Dartmouth to Dittisham and then less than three miles to walk. By road it is less than nine miles.
