Mary was born[1] on 27 October 1904 at 8 Thomas Street, Portadown. Mary was the eldest daughter of Thomas William Coulter (Occupation: Gas Fitter) and Henrietta McCulloch.
In the 1911 Ireland Census[2] Mary (age 6) is living with her parents Thomas (age 30) and Henrietta (age 28) in Portadown. Her siblings present are: Sarah (age 4), Maggie (age 2) and Henrietta Maude (babe). Other siblings were born after 1911 - Olive,... .
Marriage
Mary Coulter married Alexander Pentland at some point in time before 1951. Mary was Alexander's second wife. His first wife Evelyne dieing in 1940. In 1951 Mary was at the wedding of Dorothy Pentland (daughter of Alexander) and John Craig McDowell.
