I have ancestors that immigrated from England to America in 1610, Switzerland to South Carolina in 1735, Germany to Pennsylvania in 1738, plus Native American, French, Scottish, and Irish that joined in through-out the ages. I am a True American Mutt :) a product of our great 'melting pot' of cultures.

p.s. Virginia Project uses "Colony of Virginia" & most projects covering the colonies recommend against "British Colonial America" - see this page. I tend to use either nothing or just "America".

Hi! You edited Baley-28. I found support in the existing text for most of the information, and will add your explanation to support the 1630 marriage in Charles City to Browne, but could you provide specifics about one of the records you mention? ("most records report Temperance as age 13 or 14 at time of marriage, location was likely Jordan's Journey in Charles Cittie where she lived with mother")
