Hi Tony, and welcome to WikiTree! You mentioned your Irish Roots, I wanted to let you know we have a great project that focuses on Irish family here called the Irish Roots Project It would be a great place for you to get involved once you have settled into WikiTree.
You are now a member of the WikiTree Community. Please note we are trying to build one Collaborative Tree which means one profile per person. It is important to ensure no duplicates are entered as you add any Profiles to WikiTree.
If you need any help getting started check out the help section from the menu, top left, or head over to the G2G forum, you might want to check out the introductory WikiTree video that a member created.
Our Mentor Team are a friendly bunch of volunteers who will be glad to help you with specific problems if you have any.
Good luck growing your branches, and thanks for offering to help with our shared tree :)
My family has hailed predominantly from England, and I, along with a number of other dedicated souls, have traced our lineage back to William Brewster of the Mayflower. I am primarily interested in finding out more about the Coombs surname as I have reached a dead end in England (no pun intended). I am of English, Irish, German and Dutch descent.
2. Our help pages, top right, have all sorts of useful information.
If you would like to contribute, click the volunteer button and leave a comment here on your profile to let our greeters know. You should include a little bit about how you plan to contribute to the tree.
Good luck growing your branches, and thanks for offering to help with our shared tree :)
I am a WikiTree Mentor. If you need any help or have questions, just leave a message on my profile page.
