Anne married Thomas Barton (born on 14 Jul 1868 in Wellington; son of John Hill Barton and Harriett (Troughton) Barton) in Wellington.[2] Their known daughter was Myrtle Harriett Harriet Barton (1900–1984).
Anne passed away on 28 Jun 1936 in Wellington, aged 62. She was buried in Karori Cemetery and Crematorium, Wellington, Wellington City, Wellington, New Zealand (plot: Church of England 2, Plot 1013 G).[3]
