Oscar was born in 1898. He married Edna Earl Spence on 03 Feb 1920. She is buried next to him with a separate grave marker. When he passed away in 1960, he was buried in the Garden of the Last Supper, Tallahassee Memory Gardens, Tallahassee, Florida.
