Clarence was born in 1875. He was the son of Melvin Condon and Clara Redman.
He passed away in 1916[1] and is buried at Arlington National Cemetery Arlington, Virginia.[2]

Citation:
While in command of a detachment of 4 men, charged and routed 40 entrenched insurgents, inflicting on them heavy loss.
