James Colville migrated from Scotland to the United States.

Descendant of Williiam Colville of Lesnessock and Tradigal (1662-1712).

James was born 1791 in Argyll, Scotland. He was the son of Robert Colville and Isabelle Ferguson. ^[1]

He married Isabell Breckenridge in Scotland in 1815. ^[2]

They came to the US in the fall of 1837. ^{[3] [4]}

James passed away in 1877. ^[9]

He and Isabell are buried in the Veto Cemetery in Washington, Ohio.
