Biography
Eligio Colletto is a Corleone native resident, the son of Leonardo Colletto and Rosa Todaro. I estimate he is born the year after his parents marry.
Note: Another Eligio Colletto of around the same age is the son of Leonardo Colletto and Maria Rosa Trumbatore.
According to his marriage record from 1797, Eligio marries at least twice, first to Giovanna Marsalisi. However, the widower of Giovanna Marsalisi is the other Eligio Colletto. His remarriage in 1795 calls him the widower of Anna Bentivegna.
Eligio remarries to Giovanna Montalbano, widow of Giuseppe Scavotto, and daughter of the late Giuseppe Montalbano and Rosa Gristina, on 2 December 1797. His parents have died by this time.[1]
