Biography

Francesco Colletto is born around 1723 in Corleone, the son of Andrea Colletto and Felicia Mangiameli.[1]

Francesco is a year old in the 1724 stato delle anime, a Church census.[2]

Francesco's father has died by 1744, when two of his siblings marry.

Francesco marries Rosa Canzoneri (“Canzuneri”), daughter of the late Leoluca Canzoneri and the living Francesca, on 20 October 1749.[3]

Francesco and Rosa have at least one child, Felicia (c. 1755), named after her paternal grandmother.

Felicia marries Vincenzo Ficara on 23 April 1775.[4]
