Caesar Colclough, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir Caesar Colclough, 2nd Bt. and Frances Clarke.

He died on 22 September 1687, without issue.

He was Deputy Lieutenant-Governor of County Kilkenny. He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Colclough, of Tintern Abbey, co. Wexford [I., 1628] on 22 June 1684. On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.
