In the 1871 census Janet (age 3) was the daughter of Angus Clark in East Greenock, Renfrewshire, Scotland.[1]
Janet (44) married John James Ryan (44) (born about 1868 in New Zealand) in 1913 in Dunedin, New Zealand.
Janet died on May 31, 1918 in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand, aged 50, and was buried at Andersons Bay Cemetery [2].
