Ann was born on September 5, 1779[1] in Middletown, Cumberland, Pennsylvania. She never married. In the 1860 Federal Census, she was 80. She and her sister Margaret (also unmarried) were living with Clark relatives, James Clark and his wife and family in Carlisle.[2] She died on August 3, 1865 and is buried with her family in the Carlisle Cemetery, Cumberland, Pennsylvania.[3] Her tombstone has her name and her birth and death dates.
