I am a family historian working on Hawkins (my mother's paternal side) and my father's (Claeys).

My Maternal Grandmother's parents were Frank Weekley/ly and Felice Norton. Frank's parents were Cyrus Weekley and Heloise Leonisa Manceaux, Acadian/Cajun.

I have been doing this for 20 years.

I have uploaded my family tree to WikiTree.

I am an anthropologist. I did my graduate work in Texas and Oklahoma.

Genealogy and anthropology are great links in researching family history and social history.

Hello, Janet!

Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles! It’s very important to read and understand https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Pre-1700_Profiles. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines laid out on that page.

Kind regards,

I am stuck. I was trying to add a person to the tree. The dates are not accepting a year or about year for birth. I read the year was ok, but not so.

Thanks, Peace, Janet
