Biography
Ociafine Chesnut was born on 27 August 1874 in Kentucky. She was the daughter of Thomas Franklin Chesnut and Mahaley Jane “Bab” Haley. [1] She married Wallace Monroe Taylor about 1891 in Oklahoma. She passed away on 15 June 1944 in New Mexico and was interred in South Park Cemetery, Roswell, Chaves County, New Mexico. [2]
