Biography
Ida was born in Louisiana in 1917 to parents Louis Florentin Chauvin (1876–1948) and Elmire Josephine Duplantis (1880–1959). She passed away in 1960 and was buried at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana.
Ida was married in 1945 to Joseph Anthony Avet (1911-1973).
