Biography
Charles was born in 1952, and was president and owner of General Biomedical Service. He died of a heart attack at Memorial Medical Center. He was 46. A native of Chalmette. He was a veteran of the Navy and Army Reserves. He was a supporter of Mount Carmel Academy.
