Biography

Zoé was born in 1863.^[1][2] She was baptized on September 21st 1863 in Dinapore, India, by chaplain W. Crawford Bromehead.^[1]

Zoé married James Moran in Janaury 1887 in Dinapore, at the age of 23, witnessed by A. Charrier.^[3]

Zoé wrote her will on 21st August 1902, approximately a year after the death of her husband. She named William Hoey her executor, or failing that her brother Paul Alfred Charrier. Hoey had been a witness for her husband's will. She named her daughter Zoë her sole heir.^[4]

She died on 19th July 1910 at age 46.^[5][6] Her address at that time was Camberwell House, Surrey (a psychiatric institution that ran from 1846 - 1955). She bequeathed her effects of £3098 18s to William Hoey, a retired Indian civil servant.^[7]
