Communication Preferences: I am interested in communicating private message with anyone who shares the same ancestors. My family tree is on another website.
Interested to learn more about the Chapman family who lived in Fowey, Cornwall (John Chapman was Customs Office at one stage in the 18th Century). The family moved to Bedfordshire in the 1800s when Mark Jenkin Chapman died 1863 moved to live there. My branch came to Australia when my great grandfather, (Mark Jenkins Chapman b 1863 died 1923, Perth Western Australia) migrated to NSW. I have more information on my ancestry tree. No time to transfer it to Wiki tree just yet.

Also keen to know more about the Genge and ingram family from Newfoundland, Canada before they migrated to UK and then to Australia where they became linked to the Chapman family through marriage.

Hi Denise

Thank you for adding your DNA Test to your profile on WikiTree. Getting Started with DNA will tell you more about how DNA kits are used on WikiTree.

DNA at WikiTree provides a visual way for you to find others who have tested and have the potential of having common ancestors. To get the best results, you need to start with yourself and add sourced profiles for your ancestors until you can connect to existing profiles in WikiTree. 24 hours later, your test will have populated on the profiles of your ancestors and their descendants, where others with potential matches may also appear.

Let me know if you have any questions and have fun!

Wendy ~ WikiTree Greeter
