Miss Mary Mac Chancey of Enterprise, Alabama was named as one of her mother's surviving daughters when the obituary for her mother was published after her mother's death in 1975.[3]
When her father, John P. Chancey, died in 1976. Miss Mary Mac Chancey of Enterprise, Alabama was named as one of his surviving daughters in his obituary.[4]
Death and Burial: Mary McDonald Chancey passed away on 04 November 2015 in Enterprise, Coffee County, Alabama. She was buried in Enterprise City Cemetery, Enterprise, Coffee County, Alabama.[5]
From her obituary: "Miss Chancey was a graduate of Huntingdon College and taught English at Enterprise Junior High School for 30 years. She was a member of First United Methodist church where, as her gift, she played the piano for 35 years." Her sisters, Sarah Ezell and Martha Charlton, are mentioned among her many familial survivors.[6]
