Mathurin (Chaille) Chaillé migrated from France to New France.

Mathurin, son of Jean Chayer and Jeanne Bouillault was born on 2 May 1633 in Marsais-Sainte-Radegonde, Poitou, France (now in Vendée).^[1][2]
