Biography

Rebecca was born before 1787 at Dublin in Montgomery County, Colony of Virginia, She was the daughter of Benjamin Sollers Cecil and Priscilla ( Boyleston ) Cecil. She married Ezekiel Newport on January 3, 1803 in Wayne County, Kentucky. She passed away in 1860 at Brimstone Creek in Scott County, Tennessee.
