Colonel Thomas Caskey was born on November 30, 1895 in Liberty Hill, Bienville, Louisiana, United States, son of Cork Canada Caskey (1874–1950) and Louretta Mathews (1874–1961).
Till died on January 23, 1976 in Bossier City, Bossier, Louisiana, aged 80. He is commemorated at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mausoleum, Red Chute, Bossier Parish, Louisiana.[1]
