Biography

Thomas Leroy Caskey, son of Robert Caskey and Mary Cork, was born c.1798 in South Carolina, United States. He migrated west to Tennessee, where he married Brazillia Cantrell in 1819.

After his children were born he migrated south. In 1860 Thomas was a farmer in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana ^[2]
