Birth

Samuel Case was born 14 March 1782 at West Greenwich, Rhode Island, to Joseph and Phebe (born Niles, formerly Hopkins) Case.^[1]

Marriages

Samuel married Cate Wheeler Crandall, daughter of Joseph Crandall and Olive Wheeler, in 1800. ^[1]

Following his wife's death in 1810, he then married Clarissa Crandall, who was the younger sister of his first wife. Clarissa is the mother of most of Samuel's children, including Rufus Case. ^[1]

Death

Samuel Case died on 16 Apr 1854 in Brighton, Michigan. ^[1]
