Biography

Rosalia Cascio is the daughter of Castrenze Cascio and Maria Salvaggio, named after her paternal grandmother. She is born 4 March 1895 at her parents' home at 66 via Jannazzo in Corleone. Rosalia is baptized the next day. Her godparents are Leoluca and Mariana Trombaturi, brother and sister.

According to notes in the margins of Rosalia and Leoluca Saltaformaggio's baptismal records, they marry in New York at the Church of St. Anna on 21 March 1920. (The NYC Municipal Archives list the date as 26 February 1920.)^[1]

Rosalie passed away in 1971.
