Lydia is the "Lydia Neland" mentioned In a Colchester Deed dated "18th Day of March Anno Dom 1742".[1] Stallworthy Waters and his wife Sarah, and Joseph Neland (Kneeland) and his wife Lydia, all of Hebron, "in consideration of our brother Isaac Carrier is dead... our brothr Thomas Carrier... our Hond father Thomas Carrier late of Colchester..."
