I'm in search of my Carnes family line . I have traced them to Delaware Ohio. My oldest known ancestor's are William Carnes married to Jane Harris in 1818 in Guernsey Ohio. I'm have not been successful in finding William's parents or siblings. According to one of his sons William was born in York co Pennsylvania in 1792.
Edit* we're not Carnes by blood. DNA proves we're Lambert by blood. My father's biological father is Ralph D. Lambert not Donald Carnes.
