Biography
Furnifold Kent Carmack was born January 25, 1823 to William R. Carmack and Patience Kent in Craven, North Carolina.
In the 1850 United States Census, he is listed as *y Carmack, 45 years old, married and living in Russell County, Alabama. [1]
In the 1860 United States Census, he is listed as "Fenny Carmac", 32 years old, married and living in Russels District, Craven, North Carolina. [2] Others listed are :
- Julia Carmac - 26
- Elizabeth Carmac - 9
- John Carmac - 7
- William Carmac - 3
- Daniel Carmac - 1
He passed away in 1874.
