Biography

Peter Carlsson, b. 27 November 1837 in Nagleryd, Tving (K), Blekinge län, Sweden, the son of Maria Magnusdotter of Tving (Blekinge) and Carl Månsson of Mummelycke (Blekinge). His parents were not married. It is not known if Peter ever knew his father. His mother married his step-father, Sven Månsson (no known relationship to birthfather), in 1838.
