Your Watchlist has 8047 profiles. This is very large. Our systems are designed to handle 5,000. Contributing to more than 5,000 profiles is great (the community thanks you for it!) but don't feel you have to keep so many on your Watchlist. Despite the terminology, there is no shame in "orphaning" Open profiles. :-) This invites others to share responsibility. Use the Bulk Trusted List changes tool to remove yourself from some profiles. With over 250 unsourced profiles, you may want to ask for some help to assure accuracy of those profiles.
Hi Rita, Thanks much for approving the William Henry Cantrell merge! Would you be willing to add in a quick research notes section there explaining what info you used to determine which was the correct set of parents? Thank you!
Thanks for adding the Cantralls to Imogene, it's the first time I think I've seen that family line combine with my many others in the intricate amazing web that is the DeKalb families..
Rita, every contribution to WikiTree improves the quality of our Shared Tree. The Appreciation Team thanks you for all your efforts by making more than 1,000 contributions during the month of September.
I noticed you are a profile manager listed for my mother. Barbara Ellen Cantrell (Koch). I thought I'd contact you to see if we are somehow related? I also have 3 brothers. Paul David Cantrell, John Thomas Koch, and Jerry Lee Brant. Email is [email address removed]
Thanks for having a big heart and adopting the Orphaned Profiles. This After Adopting Orphans FAQ explains the special attention those profiles need.
I noticed that several of the profiles need GEDCOM cleanup and thought this (YouTube video) might be helpful.
Let me know if you have any questions on how to find and record sources, merge duplicates, clean up gedcom biographies, and interpret the Suggestions report. I'm here to help!
Wish you a Happy New Year. May 2018 bring you all you need to be happy.
Congratulation for adding your contributions in December. Whatever the quantity of your contributions, they all count. As we always say "Quality is better than quantity" to make a great family tree.
Hello, just a word (late) to congratulate you on the contributions you made during the month of November. Whatever the quantity, they are all important.
How are you? I'm David a WikiTree Mentor.
Thanks for adding profiles to WikiTree. There are reasons behind the eighth point in our Honor Code: "We cite sources. Without sources we can't objectively resolve conflicting information.
I see you have some profiles that have been merged. Please review our Matching and Merging FAQ to understand your responsibilities in doing merges.
During a merge, the text from the merged-away profile is appended to the end of the text of the merged-into profile. After a merge, you will need to clean up the text by removing duplicate information and consolidating what is left leaving the profile with a single Biography section and a single Sources section.
The Help page on Biographies has a lot of great information on what to include and what to omit in a Biography.
Please also review all other family members for potential duplicates and review any conflicts in parents.

Sources are critically important for genealogy and you will be helping future genealogists by listing where the information you've added came from. This page describes sources and how to enter sources.
Family Search and Find a Grave are free websites for finding sources: https://familysearch.org/search/
