William R. "Billie" Campbell was born in about 1790 in Iredell County (probably Union Grove), North Carolina, USA. His parents were Perciphull Campbell, Sr. and Sarah Elizabeth Cook. He married Jensie Jane Morgan in about 1810, probably in Wilkes County. They moved to Izard County, Arkansas. Billie died, possibly in Tennessee, in about 1844. Jensie Jane Morgan was born in Iredell County in about 1792 and died in Franklin Township, Izard County, Arkansas in about 1865.[1]
