Private William D. Callender William Callender served with the National Guard during the Spanish-American War.

William was born in 1871. He is the son of Thomas Stewart Callender and Kate Seymour. He was a publisher in Albany, New York and served in the Spanish American War. He married Frances Irene Haugh, daughter of John Marcus Haugh and Sarah Mallett Hall, on 8 Jun 1912 in Richmond, New York; 6 children.
