He married Frances Irene Haugh, daughter of John Marcus Haugh and Sarah Mallett Hall, on 8 Jun 1912 in Richmond, New York; 6 children. He passed away in 1931 and is buried at St. Peters Cemetery, West New Brighton on Staten Island, New York.
