Just a couple points about formatting. Please add full citations (not the URL). Family Search especially has easy copy-paste citations on all records. Also, double check that reference isn't already there (in this case, you added a duplicate of the record I already cited). And last, it's great you're using inline citations, but watch out with where you put the tags ... you wrapped the citation tags around some of the section formatting (the = Sources = ) and broke the page style.

This isn't to discourage you, you're definitely doing the right kinds of things, and I appreciate your efforts.

Jay, do you happen to speak any other languages? Would you check out our languages template and add it to your biography? For example you might add

{{ Languages | en | fr-2 | ga-1 }}

to the top of your biography if you speak English natively, intermediate French and basic Irish, or you could use de-4 to specify near-native German or ru-1 for basic Russian, and so forth up to ten languages.

It really helps to know who speaks all the different languages used on WikiTree! If you only speak English, you're very welcome to use this text to make that clear:

Hi Jay. I saw your name associated with the profile of Lisa Codner. She started a number of profiles that have some intractable problems---the family of Patrick Byrne from St John's Newfoundland: Byrne-927. I've adopted the profiles and tried to figure out what's going on, but ran into a complete brick wall with Patrick, Emma (Walsh-1282) and some of their children. I wonder if you know any more than I do?
