Obituary Dorothy (Burbee) Edwards, 77, of Simpsonville, SC, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, February 13, 2006, at St. Francis Hospital.

Born September 13, 1928, in Waterbury, CT, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Sadie (Reid) Burbee.

Retired from John D. Hollingsworth, she was a member of Redeemer Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Bonnie Powell and her husband Ed of Simpsonville, and Gail Ciarleglio and her husband Gabe of Watertown, CT; her beloved grandchildren, Michael Powell and his wife Anna, Amy Randall and her husband Chris, David Ciarleglio, Jennifer Maldonado and her husband Ben, and Susan Ciarleglio; and a great-granddaughter, Ava Grace Powell.

Funeral services were held 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 17, 2006, at Redeemer Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, conducted by Rev. William E. Slattery. Burial was in Westwood Memorial Gardens.
