Jean Baptiste Choquet remarried with Sarah Bunnel on 8 Feb 1817 in Montréal (Presbyterian, Saint Andrew)^[1]

Jean Baptiste Choquet of the parish of Saint-Mathias, yeoman, and Sarah Hoyd widow of the late Doctor Hoyd of the same place, were married at Montreal in consequence (b)y License this eight day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventeen in the presence of the undersigned witnesses: James Brierly (?), ... his mark .X.. (can't make out), by me Robert Easton (?) min. .. Jean Baptiste Choquet X his mark, Sarah Hoyde

3 known children from this marriage, no further info found on them, other than they were living in Marieville.

Note: At the time of her marriage to Jean Baptiste Choquet in the Presbyterian Church of Saint Andrews in Montreal on 7 Feb 1817, Sarah was the widow of Dr. Floyd. Birth date estimate is based on the fact that she was already the widow of Dr. Floyd (and had children by him apparently as early as 1812) when she married Jean Baptiste Choquet in 1817 and that she had a child as late as 1829.

Note 2: Her marriage to Jean Baptiste Choquet lists the deceased spouse as Doctor Hoyd, and she signs the record Sarah Hoyde. Not Floyd.
