Biography

Augustine was born in 1762. He is the son of William Wiggett Bulwer Esq.

He was admitted to Pembroke College Cambridge in 1780. He received his BA in 1784, his MA in 1787, and his DD in 1813.

Augustine was ordained in 1784 and became a priest in 1786. He served the church in a number of positions, including: curate of Heydon, Norfolk (1784); rector of Heydon with Irmingland (1786-1831); vicar of Guistwick (1790-1796); vicar of Corpusty (1790-1831); rector of Salle (1796-1818); and rector of Cawston (1818–831).

He passed away in 1831.
