This Mary Budd is not the daughter of William Budd and Eizabeth Stockton. They lived in New Jersey, not Virginia. She is not listed with the family in Thomas Coates Stockton, The Stockton Family of New Jersey (Washington D.C. The Carnahan Press 1911), page 21. Disconnected 14 June 2020

@Alexandra, according to U.S., Quaker Meeting Records, 1681-1935, Mary married Joseph Shinn in 1785 in New Jersey. If it was this Mary Budd, she would have been around 80 years old. A twilight 2nd marriage, or two different Mary's?
As there is no record of William Budd and Elizabeth Stockton Budd of having lived in Virginia, I am questioning that Budd-98 is a daughter. My reference, while not complete, nor the only reference for the Budd families, details the children as Mary Budd Shinn, Susan Budd Gaskill, Thomas (Jemima Leeds), William (Susanna Cole), Rebecca Budd Lamb, Abigail Budd Theser, and Ann Budd Cole.
