He trained fore the ministry at Hoxton [Independent] Academy (1791-c.1795)

He married in 1795.

He served as the Minister

  • at Sheerness before 1797,
  • at Moorfield and City Chapel 1797-1815;
  • secretary to Hoxton Academy.[1]

Charles was included in the Dissenting Academy at Homerton list, published in 1812, of annual subscribers, and was shown as Rev. Charles Buck.

Charles died about 1815 in London, England at Bunhill Fields burial ground, Islington, used by nonconformists. .[2] He was buried on 17 August 1815 in London, Middlesex, England.[3] The burial record stated he was 44 years of age, from Primrose Street.
