Biography
James was born in St Ives, Cornwall, England in 1879, the son of Thomas Henry Bryant and Catherine Stevens.[1]
In the 1911 census James (age 31), Cotton Weaving, was living with his first wife Alice Ann and daughters Elsie & Florence at 11 Redearth St, Darwen, Lancashire, England.[2]
He married Kate Alice (Matthews) Moore on June 29, 1927 in Temple Hall, Victoria, British Columbia; they were both widowed at the time.[3][1]
