Biography
Emily Edith was born on the 28th May 1885[1][2][3] at Chatham, Kent, England[4]. She was the daughter of Augustus Brown and Ellen Brown.
In 1921, Emily Edith was "visiting" Charles Walter Fitzgerald, a married man who was separated from his wife.
In 1933, Emily Edith was probably living with Charles Walter Fitzgerald at Inglenook, 42 Marrowbrook Lane, Cove, Hampshire, England[5].
Charles Walter Fitzgerald died on the 29th November 1933. Probate was granted on the 20th December 1933 at London to Emily Edith Brown, spinster and John Theodore Coggins, solicitor[5].
In 1939, Emily Edith Brown (amended to Fitzgerald) was living at 42 Marrowbrook Lane, Cove near Farnborough, Hampshire, England, with her sister Ada Giles (b. 20th June 1902) and nephew Peter J. Giles (b. 13th January 1925)[2]
She passed away in 1974.
