Biography

Frances was born in 1820. She was the daughter of John Brower and Hannah Miller. In 1840 she married John Miller. [1] The 1850, 1860, 1870, and 1880 census information shows her living with her husband and children in Augusta County, Virginia. [2] [3][4][5] Frances passed away in 1891. [6]
