Biography

Ernest Linwood Brothers birth was registered in the 1st quarter of 1864 at the Warwick, Warwickshire Registration Office. He was born before the 31st of March 1864 in Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire England to Charles Brothers and his wife Ann Eliza.

By 1871 Ernest had moved with his family to the London area where he was in school and by 1881 was working as a Dentist.

In 1890 Ernest emigrated from London to Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. He took passage on the "Ormuz" leaving London on the 17th of January 1890 and arriving in Sydney in March 1890.

On the 26th of March 1896 Ernest married Mary Christiana King at St Johns Church of England in Gordon, New South Wales, Australia. His bride was the daughter of Charles McArthur King and his wife Jane Passmore WIlson. At the time of their marriage the bride and groom were both residents of Bourke, New South Wales, Australia.

From 1903 until his death in 1921 Ernest worked as a dental surgeon in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.

Ernest Linwood Brothers passed away in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia on the 4th of February 1921 and was buried the next day at the Drayton and Toowoomba Cemetery, Queensland, Australia.
