George Jacob Briner was born in 1834 in Orange, Indiana, United States, son of Isaac Briner (1807–1869) and Mary Denny (1805–1859).
George (18) married Lemanda Jane Harris (23) (born on December 18, 1829) in 1853. Their daughter was Laura Jane Briner (1857–1945).
George died on August 9, 1864 in Huntsville, Madison, Alabama, United States, aged 29. He was buried in Chattanooga National Cemetery, Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee.[1]
