Myrtle Geraldine Briggs was born on February 28, 1924 in Sisson Ridge, Gordon, Victoria, New Brunswick, Canada. She was the daughter of Wilson Briggs and Mary Lavenia Wark.
In the 1931 census Myrtle (age 7) was a daughter of Wilson Briggs (age 55, farmer/gen. farm) and Mary L (age 44) with four siblings, in Gordon (Parish), Victoria-Carleton, New Brunswick, Canada.[1]
Myrtle (19) married Elmer Kenneth Campbell (25) (born on January 6, 1918 in Arthurette, Gordon; son of Harry Raymond Campbell and Madge Blair (Manuel) Campbell) on June 26, 1943 in Plaster Rock, Victoria. [2] They had three daughters.
Myrtle died on December 27, 2005 in Plaster Rock, Victoria, aged 81. She was buried in Arthurette United Baptist Church Cemetery, Arthurette, Victoria County, New Brunswick.[3]
